Students turned in their 27th science news article, and this was the last one for the third marking period. We discussed the difference between wet cells and dry cells from section 8-5 notes. We watched a www.brainpop.com video on batteries but did not take the quiz on it. Students were given 5 minutes to complete problem #6 on worksheet 8-2 and I went over the solution after that 5 minutes. Finally, students were assigned worksheet 8-4, #6a, b and c during the last five minutes of class.
No homework was assigned, and the chapter 8 test will be this Friday, March 31st.
